DIAWENE utilizes Posten and DHL Express.
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days following order confirmation unless stated otherwise.
Tracking information is provided via E-mail and SMS following the scheduling of an order’s shipment. For more information regarding tracking information, please contact HELLO@DIAWENE.COM.
DIAWENE is not responsible for any incurred import fees.

The online store shares inventory with the physical store and we therefore take reservations about typographical errors and errors in the electronic inventory / sales situation. If we are missing parts of your order, you will be informed and we will ship the goods we have in stock and credit missing item.

In the event that a wrong address was provided to us and the package is returned to us, the payment made will be refunded minus the shipping fee. We will only attempt a second delivery at the request of the customer; customers who make such a request will be required to cover the shipping fee for the second delivery. No third delivery attempt will be made.

3.1
All goods purchased at DIAWENE can be return if notify us within 14 days after having received. If you wish to return your item, be sure to follow these instructions: Make sure that the item is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these critetia: Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

Retain proof-of-postage as you will be responsible for your item until it is delivered and signed for back at our store.

Once received we will inspect the item and as long as they are in there original condition with any tags still attached we will initiate your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return. Refunds will be for the cost of the item and will not include original shipping costs.
DIAWENE reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is damaged/faulty you must contact us aT HELLO@DIAWENE.COM upon receiving the item and providing us with detailed images of the damage/fault.

If the good is defective, the Purchaser must notify the Seller that he/she wishes to invoke the defect within a reasonable amount of time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The Purchaser is always considered to have given timely notice if it occurs within two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Notice may be given no later than two years after the Purchaser took possession of the good. If the good or parts of it are meant to last considerably longer than two years, this deadline is extended to five years.

If the good has a defect and this is not due to the Purchaser or to conditions on the part of the Purchaser, the Purchaser may, in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchases Act, withhold the purchase sum, choose between repair and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand that contract be terminated and/or demand compensa- tion from the Seller, according to the relevant cir- cumstances.

Notice should be given to the Seller in writing.

Should DIAWENE ask you to provide information by which you can be identified, then please be assured that such information will only be used in compliance to this privacy policy. To react to new legislations, changes in technology and other site requirements, DIAWENE may change this policy from time to time. When changes do occur, DIAWENE will notify you via DIAWENE.COM and DIAWENE’s Mailing List. Please read the following privacy policy carefully.

DIAWENE collects and processes your personal data from three primary channels: Automatic, Required and Voluntary.

As you browse DIAWENE.COM, the site collects your Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Log File, Cookies and other ordinary tracking, location and traffic data. DIAWENE stores personal data until it is no longer necessary to our services or until you request the erasure of your personal data.

DIAWENE does not collect Credit/Debit Card information. DIAWENE.COM utilises third-party payment processors to handle this information securely. As such, none of your Credit/Debit Card information is stored on DIAWENE.COM.

You also have the right to deny and restrict certain processing of your personal data. This includes the following right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct e-mail marketing purposes, which you can exercise by utilising the “unsubscribe” link in such email communications. Additionally, you have the right to object to DIAWENE processing of your personal data where DIAWENE are performing a task in the interest of pursuing legitimate interests.

All items listed are pictured in their respective listings and concise descriptions about these listed items are provided. We have tried our best to accurately describe all items, however we cannot guarantee that your device relays the images exactly and we cannot guarantee the tones of colour you see and/or perceived are exact. If you are in doubt about anything please contact us immediately.

There may sometimes be information on this site that has been posted in error i.e. information may be inaccurate, details may be omitted, and typographical errors may be evident with regards to descriptions, pricing and availability. DIAWENE reserves the right to correct any of these errors at any time – even after orders have been submitted. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

DIAWENE must accept all orders placed before the order is finalised. Order confirmation depends on availability of items, shipping address, billing issues and other factors.

While we endeavour to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed.

In the case that part of your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item(s) will be cancelled from the order with notification and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarded item(s).
DIAWENE ensures that all our product descriptions and prices are up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However, in a few cases, pricing errors may occur with our listings. Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment,we will immediately rectify the problem before cancelling and refunding you for your order. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

In the event that a customer makes a fraudulent claim or attempts to defraud DIAWENE in any way, appropriate legal action will be taken.

All customers must make themselves aware of the policies of their country’s customs agencies. DIAWENE is not responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of taxes levied on items shipped.

Promotional Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

All prices shown on the DIAWENE, DIAWENE.COM, are included with VAT and Taxes. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside Norway, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that DIAWENE has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, DIAWENE cannot predict their amount. DIAWENE advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by BAMBORA with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, DIAWENE may automatically cancel your order.

You may pay with either credit or debit cards. BAMBORA banking services manages all of our banking transactions. DIAWENE does not store any credit card numbers.

You have a 2 year warrant.
